At Ancestral Roots Wood Products, each item we create is made with care, intention, and high-quality materials. Because our work is custom and made-to-order, we have the following refund policy:
1. No Refunds on Custom Orders
All purchases are final sale.
Due to the nature of custom woodworking and the cost of the materials we use, we do not offer refunds on any products once they have been purchased or received.
When you confirm and pay for your order, it is considered a final sale.
2. Quality Matters to Us
While we do not issue refunds, we stand behind the quality of our work. If there’s something that doesn’t feel right when you receive your order, please reach out.
